- All forest-produce imported into the [pre-Reorganisation State of Bombay excluding the transferred territories] [Substituted by G.N. dated 22.12.1958.] otherwise than by sea shall be covered by a, foreign pass registered under rule 73, and, in the case of timber, exceeding the dimensions mentioned in rule 82 and of scented sandalwood, bear a foreign property mark registered under rule 73.
