By such petition, it is stated by the petitioner that his uncle, Sunil Chandra Poddar, i.e., the Respondent No. 2 since been passed away on 04-05-2017, his name be expunged from the cause title of the Appeal. Having heard both sides and perusing the relevant death certificate and other material on record, such prayer is allowed. The name of the Respondent No. 2 be, accordingly, expunged from the cause title of this Appeal. BC to do the needful in this regard. IA/526/2018 accordingly stands allowed.
