Section 5(1) in Telangana State Industrial Project Approval and Self Certification System (Ts-Ipass) Act, 2014
(1)The State Government may, by notification, appoint a Nodal Agency at the State level, which shall be a cell, headed by an officer not below the rank of Additional Director of Industries, and including such supervisory and secretarial staff as may be required.
