Application for substitution of legal representatives of deceased Vijay Dattatrary Saurkar has been filed but from the perusal of the record it is revealed that the deceased Vijay Dattatrary Saurkar is representing petitioner No.1, MHADA Sevanivrutta Karmachari Seva Sangh in the capacity of Executive President, as such, registry to process the application for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers alongwith appropriate office report for further directions.
