Section 3(ix) in The Rajasthan Colonisation (Medium and Minor Irrigation Projects Government Lands Allotment) Rules, 1968
(ix)Words and expressions defined in the Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955 (Act No. III of 1955) shall, wherever used herein, be construed to have the meaning assigned to them by the said Act.
