Section 6(2) in The Manipur Cooking Gas (Licensing and Control) Order, 1986
(2)If a licensee or any person acting on his behalf contravenes any of the provisions of this order, then notwithstanding anything contained in paragraph 4 and without prejudice to any other action that may lawfully be taken against him, the licensing authority may, be order, suspend the licence and, after giving the licence and opportunity of hearing cancel the licence.
