1. This hearing has been done through hybrid mode.
2. In the present petition, a blacklisting order dated 7th November 2022 was issued against the Petitioner- M/s. Tantia Constructions Ltd. The said blacklisting order was for a period of one year and has since expired on 13th February, 2023. Since there was no interim order granted by this Court in the matter and the blacklisting period has run its course, it is clarified that there is no impediment for the Petitioner to participate in future tenders floated by Respondent No. 1- NHAI.
3. Insofar as the validity of the impugned blacklisting order is concerned, list for hearing on 31st August, 2023.
