                                         ORDER

Date : 10.12.2024 Pursuant to this court's order dated 06.12.2024, the Officer-in- Charge of the Jagiroad PS has submitted a report that Md. Sunamuddin, S/o Lt. Lokmuddin, village - Na-Khula grant, PS. - Jagiroad, district- Morigaon had expired three four years back.

The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the matter may be adjourned so as to enable them to file necessary application for substitution of the legal heirs.

Prayer is allowed keeping the maintainability of such application open in view of the present appeal being an appeal against acquittal.

List this matter on 21.01.2025.
