Section 14 in The Goa Oil Palm (Regulation of Production and Processing) Act, 1998
14. Immunity to implementing authority.
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rule or order made thereunder.(2)No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government for any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of any provisions of this Act or of any rule or order made thereunder.
