20. Production of certificate and provisional order
The owner of any boiler who holds a certificate or provisional order relating thereto shall, at all reasonable times during the period for which the certificate or order is in force, be bound to produce the same when called upon to do so by the District Magistrate, the Commissioner of Police or the Magistrate of the first class, having jurisdiction in the area in which the boiler is for the time being located, or by the Chief Inspector or Inspector or by any Inspector appointed under the Factories Act, 1948 or by any person specially authorised in writing by the District Magistrate or the Commissioner of Police.
