(3)The Vice-Chancellor shall be responsible and working through the appropriate officers and staff of the University to see that there is an appropriate inter-relation in the different curricula and courses offered in the different faculties of the University so as to avoid unnecessary duplication of functions between faculties of the University and provide the students with the best course offerings and faculty contacts feasible within the University's resources and talents.
