Mr. Panigrahi, learned Additional Standing Counsel for State/Opposite Parties serves a copy of the Counter Affidavit filed on behalf of Opposite Party Nos.2 to 4 on Mr. Das, learned Counsel for the Petitioner in Court today. Mr. Das prays for two weeks' time to file the Rejoinder Affidavit. The same is allowed.
4. Rejoinder Affidavit be filed by 16th November, 2023 after serving a copy of the same on the learned Counsel for the State/Opposite Parties.
5. Matter be listed in the week commencing from 4th December, 2023.
6. Interim order passed earlier shall continue till the next date.
