20. Re-distribution of assessment.
- After re-partition has been confirmed and appeal against him if any, has been finally decided, the Collector of the district shall take necessary steps for the redistribution of the assessment of the estate concerned, in accordance with the provisions of the Himachal Pradesh Land Revenue Act, 1954 or the Punjab Land Revenue Act, 1887, as the cased may be.
