Section 5(6) in The Merchant Shipping (Prevention of Pollution by Sewage from Ships) Rules, 2010
(6)The Central Government shall issue an Indian Sewage Pollution Prevention Certificate to any ship which is engaged in voyages to ports or offshore terminals in Indian waters and in the case of existing ships, such requirement shall apply five years after the date of 27th September, 2003.
