(6)Counterfoils to be produced for inspection on demand. - Any person or the agent on any person who has been authorised to issue forest passes under clause (c) of sub-rule (1) of rule 67 shall be bound if called upon by any forest officer to produce for inspection or to give up the counterfoils of all passes which have been issued by such person or agent.
