Section 7(2) in The Chhattisgarh, Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council Rules, 2006
(2)If during the proceedings of the Council the parties agree to settle the dispute among themselves, the Council, shall terminate the proceedings and if requested by the parties and not objected to by the Council, record the settlement in the form of an award on agreed terms.
