12. The Academic Council.
- [12.1] (a) The Academic council shall consist of the following members namely:-(a)The Provost;(b)The Registrar;(c)The Deans of Schools of Studies;(d)Two faculty members from each of the Schools of Studies:(e)Any other persons (but not exceeding 5 persons) as may be prescribed by the Provost.(b)The Provost shall be the Chairperson of the Academic Council.
