Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of a direction to respondent No.2 i.e. SHO, Police Station Civil Lines, Kaithal to make a report on the application dated 20.07.2018 (Annexure P-3) moved by the petitioner for Superdari of the car make Ford Endeavour bearing registration No.HR-03W-0027 before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Kaithal.
