Section 25(1) in The Haryana Maintenance of Parents and Senior Citizen Rules, 2009
(1)The State Government may be order establish a State Council of Senior Citizens to advise the State Government on effective implementation of the Act and to perform such other function in relation to senior citizen as the State Government may specify.
