Section 5(b) in The Paradip Port Trust (Licensing of Stevedores) Regulation, 2009
(b)That his financial standing allows him to meet the obligations to the workers and staff employed on account of wage and compensation under the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923 Payment of Wages Act, 1963, Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 or any other law for the time being in force; and makes a deposit of rupees (5) Five lakhs in cash or bank draft which will be refunded after the termination/expiry of the licence.
