30C. Offences by officers of Government. - If any officer of the Central Government enters into or acquiesces in any agreement to do, abstains from doing, permits, conceals or connives at any act or thing whereby any construction or reconstruction takes place in a prohibited area or regulated area, he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both.] [New sections added by Act 10 of 2010 (w.e.f. 29.3.2010) ]
