Facts:
1. Appellant submitted his RTI application dated 21 February 2012 before the CPIO, LIC of India, New Delhi seeking details in respect of the action taken on his complaint letter dated 10 December 2012 and regarding the extension of his probationary period..
2. Vide CPIO Order dated 13 March 2012, CPIO provided partial information to the Appellant.
3. The Appellant preferred first Appeal to the First Appellate Authority dated 20 March 2012.
4. Vide FAA Order dated 18 April 2012, FAA provided additional information to the Appellant.
5. Being aggrieved and not being satisfied by the above response of the public authority, the appellant preferred second appeal before the Commission.
6. Matter was heard today. Both parties as above appeared in person and made submissions.

7. After hearing both parties, Commission directs the CPIO to provide full and complete information regarding action Appeal: No. CIC/DS/A/2012/001007 taken on the appellant's complaint letter dated 10 December 2010. Appellant will be provided with complete notings made while examining and processing his complaint, up to the point of final disposal by the competent authority. Appellant will also be provided with a copy of the enquiry report which has since been finalised.
