(a)Presence of Inspectors. - In an appeal to the Chief Inspector, he shall decide whether the presence of the Inspector is necessary and issue orders, accordingly.(b)Attendance during hearing of appeals. - Under orders of the Chief Inspector, an Inspector shall attend before the Chief Inspector or the appellate authority, during the hearing of an appeal with regard to an economiser under his charge.
