Section 3(f) in Chhattisgarh State Electricity Board Transfer Scheme Rules, 2008
(f)"Generation Company" means the Chhattisgarh State Power Generation Company Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with the main object of operation and maintenance of running unit related with generation of electricity as well as installation of new power plant in Chhattisgarh State.
