Section 7(1) in The Goa Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Rules, 2010
(1)Before the election of the Marketing Board, the State Marketing Officer shall notify the list of voters by collecting information from the Registrar so that the members may vote and contest the elections.
