Section 10(1) in ELECTRONIC MEDIA ADVERTISING POLICY, 2023
(1)The Channel/Station must submit a certificate that the information submitted by them is correct. In case the information submitted by the channel is found to be false in any manner, it can be suspended and/or debarred from empanelment.
