This is an application filed by the State for condonation of delay in filing the appeal against acquittal of the non-applicant.

However, for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned.
The application is disposed of. Registry is directed to place the application for leave to file appeal for consideration on 14.01.2020.
