1. This hearing has been done in physical Court. Hybrid mode is permitted only in cases where permission is being sought from the Court.
2. In W.P.(C)s. 5954/2019, 7184/2019, 7617/2019, 7361/2019, 7755/2019 and 7757/2019, the applications filed under Section 17B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 have to be heard.
3. Mr. Atul Nagarajan, ld. Counsel, in W.P.(C) 7617/2019 also wishes to file his rejoinder to the Petitioner's reply to the application under Section 17B in the said petition. Let the same be filed within 4 weeks.
4. List for hearing of all these applications under Section 17B, in the aforestated petitions, on 6th January, 2022.
5. In so far as all of the main writ petitions are concerned, it is noted that in most of the writ petitions, pleadings are complete.
6. In W.P.(C) 10119/2019, let the counter affidavit be filed within four weeks. Rejoinder be filed within four weeks, thereafter, by Respondent No.1. Qua Respondent No.2, the rejoinder affidavit be filed within six weeks.
