Section 19(6) in The Khadi And Village Industries Commission Rules, 1957
(6)The budget shall, among others matters, include-(i)the estimated opening balance;(ii)the estimated receipts by way of funds to be released by the Government, recovery of interest, refund of loans and other miscellaneous receipts;(iii)[ the proposed expenditure separately under "Khadi 'Village Industries" and "General and Miscellaneous" Classified under such heads or sub-heads as the Government may direct] [Substitued by G.S.R. 675(E), dated 27th July, 1987]
