1. This application has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 0375/2021 registered at Police Station: Preet Vihar, Delhi under Sections 452/380/427/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (in short, 'IPC').
2. This Court vide its interim order dated 14.09.2022, had directed that no coercive action be taken against the applicant. The applicant was also directed to join the investigation as and when directed.
3. The learned APP submits that the applicant has joined the investigation when called. On instructions from the IO, he submits that the respondent does not require his custodial interrogation anymore.
4. In light of the above, the Court is of the considered opinion that the applicant is entitled to anticipatory bail. Consequently, in the event This is a digitally signed order.

The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 25/01/2024 at 09:03:08 of arrest, the applicant shall be released on bail subject to furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one local surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the IO/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned, and further subject to the following conditions:
(i) that the applicant will join investigation as and when directed, in writing;
(ii) that the applicant shall not leave NCT of Delhi without intimating the IO/SHO concerned;
(iii) that the applicant shall not, directly or indirectly, try to contact/influence the complainant/victim or any other witness(s) or tamper with evidence of the case; and,
(iv) that the applicant shall furnish his mobile phone/landline number and residential address to the IO/SHO concerned and shall keep his mobile/landline phones operational at all times during this period, and in the event of any change of the same, will immediately inform the same to the IO/SHO.
5. The Bail Application is disposed of in the above terms.
6. The respondent shall also look into the complaint made by the applicant and as recorded in paragraph 2 of the Order dated 14.09.2022 and, if required, take necessary action in that regard.
