1. This is an application seeking ad-interim ex parte order restraining the judgment-debtor from using, operating and removing any further components from the aircraft without the decree-holder‟s prior written consent and/or without orders of this Court.
2. Issue notice. Mr. Sasi, learned counsel for the judgment-debtor accepts notice.

3. Mr. Sibal, learned senior counsel on instructions states that till the next date of hearing, the respondent shall not remove any component from the subject aircraft.
4. In terms of the last order dated 21.11.2023, the decree-holder is permitted to inspect the aircraft on 29.01.2024 at 12:30 PM.
5. List on 01.02.2024, the date already fixed.
6. Since the objections have been filed only yesterday evening, it is directed that the objections be taken on record.
