Section 31 in Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District (Establishment of Village Committee) Act, 1994
31. Quorum.
(1)Five members shall form the quorum of the meeting.Provided that if a meeting is adjourned for want of quorum, the quorum at its adjourned meeting shall be two members in addition to Cl air tan or Vice-Chairman.
