Section 105 in The Goa Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Rules, 2010
105. Appeal against decision of the Auditor.
- Any person aggrieved by disallowance, surcharge or duly furnished with a copy of such decision within the meaning of rule 104 sub-rule (2) and (3) of rule 104 of the Rules may, within a period of fourteen days from the date of receipt of decision, appeal to the State Marketing Officer. Any order passed on such appeal by the State Marketing Officer after giving a reasonable opportunity of being heard to the concerned parties shall be final.
