Section 12(1) in The Jammu and Kashmir Legal Services Authorities Rules, 1998
(1)The High Court Legal Services Committee shall be provided with such number of officers and other employees for rendering secretarial assistance and its day to day functions as may be sanctioned by the Government from time to time.
