Section 1 in Kottayam Electric Supply Agency (Undertaking) Acquisition Act, 1980
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Kottayam Electric Supply Agency (Undertaking) Acquisition Act, 1980.(2)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 13th day of February, 1980.
