16. Special powers of entry and inspection.
- Without prejudice to any powers otherwise conferred by this Act, any person authorized in this behalf by the State Government may enter and inspect any premises or vehicle for the purpose of ascertaining or determining whether, and if so in what manner, any order under section 13 or section 14 should be made or with a view to securing compliance with any order made thereunder.
