1. Mr. Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner, has drawn attention to the communication exchanged between the parties with respect to the disputes in issue which indicate that both parties are agreeable to reference of the disputes to arbitration, the only bone of contention being the identity of the arbitrator who would arbitrate on the disputes.
