Section 55(1) in The Goa Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Rules, 2010
(1)On receipt of election results and subject to declaration made under rule 54, the Registrar shall publish the names of all elected members by causing a list of such names together with the permanent address and the names of the constituencies from which they are elected to be pasted on the notice board or at any prominent place in his office. He shall also forward such list to the Government for publication in the Official Gazette.
