Section 9(a) in ELECTRONIC MEDIA ADVERTISING POLICY, 2023
(a)Radio Stations can be categorized by the DIPR, Government of Punjab for the purpose of empanelment. The radio stations shall provide BOC rates. If the BOC rates are not available, DIPR may fix rates after taking into consideration the recommendations of the Committee.
