Section 31(1) in The Goa Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Rules, 2010
(1)The Returning Officer shall provide to each polling station the required number of ballot boxes, sufficient number of ballot papers, three copies of electoral roll, a list of nominations and such other papers, stationery and forms as may be necessary.
