Learned counsels for the petitioners submit that barring interest component/allowances, they have been paid all of their dues.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioners shall be paid interest/allowances as per their priority in view of Circulars of the RSRTC dated 03.11.2021 & 17.05.2022.
Learned counsels for the petitioners have no objection if payment of interest/allowances is made to them as per their priority in view of the aforesaid circulars.
The contempt petitions are disposed of accordingly.
Notices are discharged.
However, the petitioners shall be at liberty to get the contempt petitions revived if the priority is breached by the respondents.
All the pending applications also stands disposed of.
