Section 25(1)(a) in The Gujarat Water Users' Participatory Irrigation Management Act, 2007

(a)The Association shall prepare annually on or before such date and in such form and manner, as may be prescribed, a budget for the next financial year, showing the estimated receipts and expenditure.
