Section 92(1) in The Goa Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Rules, 2010
(1)The applicant while applying for licence for direct purchase of agricultural produce shall furnish the details of the centers to be opened for procurement and shall also submit to the State Marketing Officer the names of the new centers that are opened in the course of his business within a period of three days of their opening.
