(e)shooting after sunset and before sunrise, except in the case of -(i)small game and wild pigs, and(ii)tigers and panthers, from machans over live or killed ties: Provided that any of the above acts may be done with the written permission of the Conservator of Forests, or, in the case of snares or traps, of the Divisional Forest Officer.
