3. Terms of office and allowances of nominated Member.
(1) Every nominated Member shall hold office for a term of three years from the date he assumes office and shall be eligible for re-appointment.(2)Every nominated Member shall, for attending a meeting of the Authority, be entitled to travelling allowance, daily allowance and such other allowances as may be decided by the Authority.
