Section 7(b) in R.K. University First Statutes, 2011
(b)The Controller of Finance shall be appointed by the Board of Management on the recommendation of the selection committee constituted under clause (1) and he shall be a whole-time salaried officer of the University and shall work under the control of the Provost.
