Section 11(1) in The Gujarat Emergency Medical Services Act, 2007
(1)The Authority shall meet at such time and at such place and shall, subject to sub-sections (2) and (3), observe such rules of procedure with regard to transaction of its business at the meetings as may be provided by regulations.
