Section 216(a) in The Mizoram Autonomous District Council (Constitution and Conduct of Business of the District Councils) Rules, 1974
(a)"Serial number of an elector in an electoral roll" includes shall particulars regarding the name or description of the electoral area in reference to which the said electoral roll has been prepared as will indemnity the entry relating to such elector in that electoral roll.
