25. Training and departmental examination.
- All candidates selected for appointment to the service by direct recruitment shall be required to undergo such training and pass such departmental examination as may be prescribed by the Government from the time to time. The Government may also require the candidates entering the service by promotion to undergo such training and pass such departmental examination as it may consider expedient.
