1. Mr. Pankaj Kumar, counsel for Petitioner, has entered appearance and states that they have not been able to contact the Petitioner and receive instructions.
2. As noted in order dated 20th February, 2023, court notice served to Petitioner has returned with the report "no such person". Mr. Kumar submits that he had also sent a communication to Petitioner via speed post, tracking report whereof reveals that addressee has left the premises without instructions.
3. No alternate address of Petitioner is available on record or with Petitioner's counsel. In these circumstances, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
